Hi Everyone,

For those of you who don’t know, I will be getting a new puppy on March 21st. Her name is Bella and she is a Shichon. (If you google “Shichon” you can get an idea of what she will look like when she is older.)

Bella is half Shih-tzu and half Bichon Frise. She was born on January 11th and will be coming to Michigan as soon as she is old enough.

Her owner, Vicki, has been sending pictures of Bella each week. At first she looked like a tiny black and white pinto bean but now she’s starting to look like a little fuzzy puppy.

If you have any puppy training tips, please share them with me! (I’ve already bought her some pink long-john pajamas, a pink dress, some bows, and a black and white coat! I hope she likes doggie fashion!)

I can’t wait until you get her. When you do get her can you bring her in maybe with the pajamas with bows on them or the dress with the bows.

I can’t wait to get Bella either! I won’t be able to bring her to school until after she’s done with all of her puppy shots. By then she will probably have a lot of cute puppy clothes.

Do you think she will get spoiled if I bring her to school? She will be getting a lot of attention from you guys and probably won’t want to go home! Hopefully she will behave during learning time!

Do you have a pet at home?

Well it depends If I say yes will you not bring her to class? Yeah I have 2 cats. Dogs need more attention. well I acn’t wait

I promised the class that I would bring Bella to class after she has all of her shots. So…I think she will definitely be visiting before the end of the year.

By the way, I bought her two new pink blankets today. They are very soft. I think she will love snuggling up in the blankets.

Hi i love little Bella. I cant wait to meat here. I just hopes she likes kids and that she is potty trained. I have 1 tip, when you are teaching sit pet down here back side it usally works. Well got to go bye.

Heeeeeeyy! I’m really excited that we have a new member of our classroom. I call tell by photos that she’s super cute! I just hope she doesn’t pee on your carpet.

I can’t wait untill Bella arrives. I’ve never had a pet before but I am happy for others who add furry friends to their family. Bella will be one fabulous girl who can strut down the puppy runway and the red carpet!

I’m so excited for you, Mrs. Ritenour! Dogs are such great animals that only want to please you! However, once you get your own dog, it’s different than just petting your neighbor’s puppy. Once that dog falls in your hands there’s a special trust that can never be broken. Bella’s going to love you, and before long the word ‘pet’ won’t apply to her. Dogs become a life long friend that you can always depend on, and a true member of the family. Dogs have a personality, and you’ll probably have a lot of funny stories to tell about Bella!
